Updates:
LLO is takin' on a whole new look. LOTS of revision have been underway and implemented. Soon, I will have completed the core content of "level 1 Latin" with my videos, and we can move into the higher level grammatical aspects of latin!

Welcome to Learn Latin Online! This is a free online course for anyone who is seeking to learn the Latin language. Here will be supplied everything you will need to excel in Latin-- including texts and personal tutoring! Our site is currently under renovation and may be awhile before we have everything up and running, but feel free to browse around. There is something for everyone here, whether you are interested in learning the rich history of Rome and their gods and goddesses, or you simply are looking to master the grammatical constructions of Latin-- you can find what you need here.
Video lectures are hosted via Youtube, click the "lectiones" button in the navigation bar to begin your lessons. Assignments will be given at the end of lessons, and can be reached from the navigation bar under "Opera". All text references will be found under the "Fabulae section" while grammar, history, and mythology will be found respectively under "Grammatica", "Historia" and "Mythologia". Vocabulary Lessons will be posted via Youtube, however a quick list reference can be seen from the "Verba" section. The Forum, once implemented, will be an online Latin community where you can converse with others learning Latin, as well as post your own compositions for all to enjoy. Let me be the first to say congratulationes! Your choice to learn Latin is an enriching one. As you course through the online videos and other material offered, you will begin to understand the fundamental, profound impact the ancient Romans and Latin had on the world and how it still lives in other languages and in life today.
